Even though you summarize
frequently throughout the discussion by your questions and statements,
you need to tie everything together at the end.
Summarizing consists of four steps:
a. Summarize agreements or conclusions.
b. Indicate action needed at a certain point.
c. Make follow-up assignments, if appropriate.
d. Make a concluding statement.
