PERFORMED WILL NOT BE GRADED.
2.
SCORE EACH ITEM OF THE PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND ENTER YOUR
INITIALS IN THE APPROPRIATE COLUMN.
3.
THE STUDENT FAILS THE TEST IF A NO GO IS SCORED ON ANY
ITEM.
4.
SCORE ALL ITEMS TO IDENTIFY REMEDIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS.
5.
IF THE STUDENT FAILS THE TEST:
A. INSURE THAT YOU EXPLAIN THE REASON(S).
B. INFORM THE
STUDENT
OF
THE
AREA(S)
IN
WHICH
HE NEEDS
REMEDIAL TRAINING.
C. INFORM THE STUDENT HE CANNOT BE TESTED AGAIN FOR AT LEAST
24 HOURS.
6.
WHEN THE STUDENT PASSES THE TEST, MAKE APPROPRIATE ENTRIES
ON THE EXAMINATION RESPONSE SHEET ENCLOSED WITH THIS SUBCOURSE
BOOKLET.
