An important aspect of the QTG and YTG development is the role of the
NCO.
Within the framework of the commander's guidance, the CSM and other
key NCOs provide planning recommendations on the organization's individual
training program. They identify the individual training tasks that must be
integrated into collective mission essential tasks during the short-range
planning period.
