Using Capitals
Capital letters serve the specific purpose of identifying:
Introduction
The beginning of a sentence.
A proper noun.
Rules
The following rules will help you capitalize consistently. If you cannot determine
from these rules whether or not to capitalize, don't.

Ex-Senator Smith entered the hall.

Capitalize an incomplete sentence

Capitalize the first word of a direct
