The collection plan is not prepared in any set format. However, Figure 8 provides
a sample collection plan suitable for division or higher. Notice the event
analysis matrix is the IPB product that is incorporated into the collection plan.
In this manner you can be assured information gathered from IPB is not overlooked
when tasking collection assets to satisfy PIR/IR.
