cutting. Quarrying is used in extracting the following material:

In a limestone quarry limestone is loaded into trucks by
power shovels, transported to the top of the quarry, and conveyed to the crushing buildings. After
being crushed and screened to size it is stored in piles awaiting shipment (Figure 2-7).
