battalions.
Type Division Base Structure.
The type division base structure for a
mechanized division, transition J-series (JF), is depicted in Figure 4.
Major command and control headquarters in the division base include the
following:

Headquarters of the three brigades.

Headquarters of the aviation brigade division.
o
Headquarters of the division support command (DISCOM).

Headquarters of the division artillery (DIVARTY)
