Title, place of publication, publisher, and date. List the reference title in the
middle of the card directly below the author's name. If it is an article in a book or
magazine, enclose the title of the article in quotation marks and underline the
title of the publication. Show the place of publication, the publisher, and the date
of publication in parentheses below the title.
