Enter information on note cards as follows:
Preparing note

Place the subject or topic of the note in the upper left corner of the card and
underline it.
Write the note or quotation below the subject. Use quotation marks for direct
quotations. Identify the page number of the extracted information at the end of
the note.
Place the reference number in the upper right comer of the card. These
numbers correspond with the reference numbers used on the bibliography cards.
